How the process works
We've been running this process since 2018, and we've refined it to the point where clients can hand us as little or as much as they want. Come with a fully developed brand identity and your own bottle sourced — we'll handle the rest. Come with nothing but an idea — we'll build it from the ground up. The process adapts to you.
Scent selection
Scent selection starts with our catalog of thousands of fragrance oils, sourced from world-class suppliers with roots in Grasse, France — the historic birthplace of modern perfumery. Our team guides you through the selection process, helping you find a scent that fits your brand positioning, your target customer, and your price point. For very large orders, custom formulation is also available.
Packaging, design, and bottles
Packaging is handled in-house. Our designer creates label artwork, box designs, and bottle printing. Bring your own artwork and we'll work with it exactly as supplied. Prefer to start from scratch? We handle the creative from concept through to print-ready files. We carry a wide range of bottles and caps in our own inventory, and we can work with bottles you've sourced independently if you have a specific vessel in mind.
MOQs and order sizes
Our MOQs are among the most flexible in the market — lower than most competitors, with exact quantities depending on your bottle type, box specification, and printing requirements. This makes private label accessible for first-time brand founders while still being efficient for established brands scaling up production.
